Our mission is to help you reach your career goals with as much support as possible.  MCProTU is the nickname of Mentoring & Career Programs for the Underrepresented. The founder, Beth Garcia, learned to master career success the hard way, and this inspired her to help pave a smoother road for others.  Later on, Beth became a certified career services provider (CCSP), and has earned 15 years of experience as a career advisor; Currently, Beth also directs a college and career program in NYC.  At MCProTU, we listen to your needs, we are meticulous, and we deliver quality.
